Pebble Bumps: May 2024

A weekly antenatal class with yoga based movement and hypnobirthing techniques.

Service Description

Pebble Bumps is a weekly antenatal class for anyone who is pregnant that includes yoga based movement, breathwork, hypnobirthing techniques, guided relaxation, evidence based information and conversation. Classes are designed to help you enjoy and stay mobile during pregnancy, meet new friends, learn about your incredible body, and feel empowered preparing for a confident and active birth. You’ll also get ongoing support through follow up emails, a group WhatsApp and a wider Pebble Community Facebook group. Classes are for anyone who is pregnant, for first time parents or fifth time parents, and are adapted to suit all pregnancy related conditions and birth plans. You can attend from 14 weeks pregnant right up until baby’s birth. Did you know you are entitled to time off work for antenatal care when pregnant? I am really grateful and you have gone over and above! thank you.” “I can’t thank you enough for equipping me with the tools to have a positive birth experience” From Spring 2024 classes will take place on Sundays 6:00 - 7:30pm at Core Dunbar's lovely studio. The welcoming space is central to Dunbar with plenty of free on street parking. The more sessions you attend, the more you will build muscle memory & gain the greatest benefit from the classes. However, I totally understand that people need a little flexibility, or perhaps you would like to give classes a try first (which is absolutely fine). So you can either book a whole block or several sessions. To book a block, select the start date of the term you wish to book and select 'Pebble Bumps May 7 week block' in preferences. To book an individual session, select the date of the session you want to book then select 'Pebble Bumps single sess' in preferences.
