More about me.

Perinatal support for the first 1001 days.

Hi, I'm Rebecca. Owner of Pebble Perinatal and your class teacher.

I’m Mum to two young energetic boys and I live near Sunny Dunny in East Lothian.

Through my own experience of pregnancy, birth and parenthood, and sharing those of my friends, I have become fascinated with the extraordinary journey people go on to become parents and families, in all the many forms they take.

My journey hasn’t been a particularly straightforward one with IVF treatment, one prem baby and one lockdown baby. But as a result I have two amazing boys and a new found passion and appreciation for women, women’s bodies and what parents achieve creating and nurturing little humans.

Despite having unplanned interventions in both my births I used breathing, movement and meditation to manage my experience. But I wish I had known more!

I’ve learned so much through my continued training and learning that I am excited to share with you. I believe education leads to empowerment and I want to support you to make informed choices through my support.

I have a background in the arts and have been an active mentor for many years. I truly value creativity, supporting and nurturing others.

I really look forward to meeting you and becoming part of your journey.

Why Pebble Perinatal?

Pebble Perinatal is special because through my classes and workshops I offer continuity of care from pregnancy through until baby is walking (and in some cases beyond!).

This provides unique and holistic support for you and baby from pregnancy through your first years together.

My goal at Pebble Perinatal is to provide you with the information and tools you need to feel confident and empowered during this special time in your life.

But I hope to not only empower you and your birth companions, but also to create a community where you can be part of a community and not feel alone or isolated.

Please explore the site to find local classes I’m offering and do get in touch if you want to chat through anything with me.

If you’re interested in any classes or workshops and don’t see classes or dates availlable please get in touch and I’ll see what I can do.

Whether you are looking for antenatal and birth preparation classes, baby massage and yoga classes, or breastfeeding support, I am here to help as you embark on this exciting new chapter in your lives.

Training and learning.
